American Indian Graduate Center (AIGC): Academic Year Fellowship

PURPOSE:
Annual award to support American Indian and Alaskan Native graduate students in Master's, Doctoral, and professional degree programs.
FIELD OF STUDY:
Open--Master's, Doctorates, MFA, Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine, Dentistry, Chiropractic, Veterinary, Law, and others
ELIGIBILITY:
Enrolled member of federally recognized American Indian tribe or Alaskan Native group, or possess one-fourth degree (federally recognized) Indian blood; pursuing master's or doctorate degree full-time at accredited U.S. graduate school. $15 application fee by money order only.
AWARD:
Varies. Based on applicant's unmet financial need, as verified by applicant's college financial aid office. Up to $4,000 for new students and up to $6,000 for continuing students.
