(AISES): U.S Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Tribal Lands Environmental
Science Scholarship
- PURPOSE:
- Annual scholarship to assist students in environmental sciences in meeting
the financial demands of attending college or grad school, and to provide
summer work experiences at the EPA or on tribal lands.
- FIELD OF STUDY:
- Biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, chemistry, entomology,
environmental economics, environmental science, hydrology, and related
environmental disciplines.
- ELIGIBILITY:
- Graduate student with a minimum 2.5 GPA, full-time at an accredited school
in one of above-listed fields, must agree to work summers at either EPA,
tribal lands, or environmental facility (if offered). Certificate of Indian
blood not required. Must be member of AISES. Non-Indians may apply. Students
may reapply.
- AWARD:
- $4,000 for one year.
