Belgian American Educational Foundation: Graduate Fellowships for Study in Belgium

PURPOSE:

Annual award to support advanced study at a Belgian university for one year.

FIELD OF STUDY:

All fields.

ELIGIBILITY:

Must be nominated by the Dean of the Graduate School. U.S. citizens, under 30, with a Masters or equivalent or who are working toward a Ph.D. or equivalent, preferably with a speaking and reading knowledge of Dutch, French, or German. Must be in residence in Belgium for at least 6 months.

AWARD:

$17,000 stipend for one year plus health insurance
