Women's (BPW) Foundation Education Programs: Career Advancement
Scholarship Program
- PURPOSE:
- Annual program to assist women seeking the education necessary
for entry or reentry into the work force, or advancement within a
career field.
- FIELD OF STUDY:
- Open. Computer science, teacher education certification,
paralegal studies, engineering, science or professional degrees (J.D.,
D.D.S., M.D.)
- ELIGIBILITY:
- Women at least 25 years of age who are U.S. citizens and
graduating within 12-24 months from date of grants. Applicants must
demonstrate critical need for financial assistance. Ph.D. degree
students are ineligible. Must be registered in a degree program at an
institution in the U.S., Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- AWARD:
- Scholarships range from $500 to $1,000.
- DEADLINE:
- April 15
