CIRI Foundation Scholarship Program: Special Excellence Scholarships

PURPOSE:
Annual scholarship award for exceptional academic achievement and community service experience, offered as encouragement to students to attend outstanding colleges and universities in the U.S.
FIELD OF STUDY:
Open to students in all fields of study, but preference is given to students in fields of business, education, math, sciences, health services, and engineering.
ELIGIBILITY:
An applicant must be either an Alaska Native original enrollee of Cook Inlet Region, Inc. or a lineal descendant of an enrollee. Students registered in a graduate or undergraduate degree program at a U.S. college or university. Applicants should have a cumulative GPA of 3.7 or greater.
AWARD:
$18,000 for one academic year.
