Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) and Westinghouse Savannah River Company: Professional Internship Program at the Savannah River Site

PURPOSE:
Annual award to provide students with the opportunity to participate in energy-related and environmental research at Aiken, S.C.
FIELD OF STUDY:
Chemistry, computer sciences, engineering, environmental sciences, geology, and physics.
ELIGIBILITY:
U.S. citizens who are undergraduate or graduate students or who have completed a baccalaureate degree in one of the above fields.
AWARD:
Weekly stipend of $406 to $958 plus limited travel expenses between the facility and home or campus. Internships may be full or part-time and may be of 3 to 18 months in duration.
DEADLINE:
February 15, June 1, October 1.
