Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE)/ U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commision Historically Black Colleges and Universities: Student Research Participation

PURPOSE:
Annual award to give students opportunities to participate in research relating to science and engineering at one of several national laboratories.
FIELD OF STUDY:
Basic energy sciences, computer sciences, engineering, geosciences, health physics, human factors, mathematics, risk and performance assessment, systems analysis.
ELIGIBILITY:
Undergraduate and graduate students from historically black colleges and universities; US citizens or permanent residents.
AWARD:
Weekly stipend of $400 to $500; limited travel reimbursement.
DEADLINE:
Third Tuesday in January
