- Semiconductor Research
Corporation (SRC): Graduate Fellowship Program
- PURPOSE:
- Annual program to improve educational opportunities at the
doctoral level and supply a relevantly educated work force for the
semiconductor industry.
- FIELD OF STUDY:
- Sciences (areas relevant to microelectronics).
- ELIGIBILITY:
- U.S. or Canadian citizens or permanent residents who are pursuing
or plan to pursue a Ph.D. degree under the guidance of an
SRC-designated faculty member. Students must be willing to provide a
copy of Ph.D. thesis to the SRC and are expected to pursue a career at
an accredited college, a U.S. government agency or an SRC member
institution.
- AWARD:
- $1,550 stipend per month, plus tuition and fees, travel expenses
to the annual conference and a gift of $2000 to the student's
department.
